Meeting Topics
KnowledgeCircles Peer Group Meetings are focused on business topics. That gives us a huge variety of things to discuss.
Sales, Sales Management, Marketing, Social Networking, Project Management, Employe Compensation and Benefits, Financial Performance, Key Metrics, Recruiting, Good Ideas, and Company Policies are just a few of the items we talk about.
Each group sets their own topics so each group discusses the items which are interesting and important for their needs. We typically cover 3 big topics in each meeting. Everyone participates in the discussion.
Each meeting includes a quick business update in which each group member updates their peers on new developments since the last meeting. This includes key successes and challanges. Everyone asks questions and offers suggestions and ideas.
