Microsoft Partner Peer Advisory Groups Online
Add years of experience to your staff without adding to your payroll.
Our Microsoft Partner Peer Advisory Groups meet once a month over the web in small groups with other owners and senior managers. They are all in businesses similar to, but non-competitive with the other group members. This allows us to discuss openly and freely the issues and topics which matter and help us grow our businesses.
These peer groups are for Microsoft Partner and other IT Business Partner owners, leaders and managers. We discuss topics such as hiring, compensation programs, sales and marketing, management, raising capital, leadership, partnering and profits. Each group identifies the topics they want to discuss. The results are the timely exchange of ideas, insights, and collective wisdom based on real life experience. Powerful!
Partner to Partner Peer Groups
A typical IT group of eight to twelve members is comprised of Microsoft Partner and other IT business owners and senior managers in similar but non-competitive businesses or geographies. A typical group member has under 100 employees, has been in business for an average of 17 years and generates about $5-$15 million in revenues.
We have groups made up of IT businesses in a variety of disciplines. Many are Microsoft Partners, while others have business relationships with SAP, Oracle, IBM, HP, Dell and others. We have VAR’s, Managed Service Providers (MSP), training companies and Microsoft CPLS’s, Systems Integrators, developers and more.
What are the benefits of being in a peer advisory group?
Peer advisory groups enable business owners and managers to make better and more well informed decisions. Comparing and discussing business methods and results with others gives an insight and perspective not otherwise easily obtained. They provide a sounding board for your ideas, a virtual board of trusted advisors, and a support network.
What are the advantages of meeting over the web?
Time. Ask just about anyone what they wish they had more of and they would likely say “more time”.
KnowledgeCircles gives you the gift of time. Time to focus. Time to work on your business rather than in your business. Dedicated time to learn and think about how to grow and strengthen your business. And because our meetings are over the web there is no travel time and expense, traffic headaches or irritations.
