About Us
PowerCircles is now KnowledgeCircles. Same great company, only now we have a new name to better reflect our mission and services.
Our goal is simple. We exist to help our clients achieve superior business results. We do so by harnessing the power of knowledge, experience, insight and the Internet. We provide online classes focused on leadership training. We also provide business consulting, executive coaching, and peer group meetings for Microsoft partner and managed services businesses.
KnowledgeCircles is the result of its founder’s experience as a member of a peer advisory group. We had fabulous results! This was one of the best things he ever did for his business helping him to achieve fabulous results.
At the time he had owned a Microsoft Partner business for 18 years. He thought his business was doing pretty well but always wondered about what else he should be doing or what he should do next. Was he paying his employees too much or too little? What were we missing? Was our pricing model consistent with others in the industry? After joining a small peer advisory group in 2004, he had the answers and much more.
